Chief: Michael T. Samens

Chiefs Bio:
Chief Administrator Michael T. Samens is an officer of Law Enforcement for 27 years, Town Constable for Osceola Township for the last 8 years, and 10 years as Chief Administrator for the Water Safety Patrol, a D.N.R. Boating Safety Instructor, and a D.N.R. Personal Water Craft Instructor. Chief Samens is an active member in several local organizations such as Long Lake Fishing Club, Dundee Lions Club, and more. Chief Samens duties are as a patrol officer,Town Constable, administrator, court officer, scheduling officer, shift supervisor, and department represenative to all outside agencies and the State of Wisconsin.

Sergeant Douglas M. Samens is an officer with 9 years for the Osceola Water Patrol, also served a 2.5 year term as Town Constable and is a D.N.R. Boating Safety Instructor, Just promoted to Sergeant in 2006. Sgt. Samens duties are as a patrol officer, court officer, scheduling of shifts, and assists the Chief in Administrative functions of the department. Sgt. Samens is also employed with Allied Barton Security Services at Oshkosh Corporation. Recently appointed to Emergency Management Director for the Township in 2009.

Officer Brian B. Murphy is an officer with 4 years for the Osceola Water Patrol.  Officer Murphy also works for the West Milwaukee Police Department, and is a D.N.R. Boating Safety Instructor. Officer Murphy's duties are as a patrol officer, Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and DAAT Instructor.

Officer Edward A. Rudolph is an officer in his first year for the Osceola Water Patrol. Officer Rudolph comes from Port Washington were he served as a Chief of Police. Officer Rudolph's Duties are as a patrol officer.
