Sergeant Douglas M. Samens is an officer with 9 years for the Osceola Water Patrol, also served a 2.5
year term as Town Constable and is a D.N.R. Boating Safety Instructor, Just promoted to Sergeant in 2006. Sgt.
Samens duties are as a patrol officer, court officer, scheduling of shifts, and assists the Chief in Administrative functions

works for the West Milwaukee Police Department, and is a D.N.R. Boating Safety Instructor. Officer Murphy's duties are as
a patrol officer, Field Training Officer, Firearms Instructor, and DAAT Instructor.
Officer Edward A. Rudolph is an officer in his first year for the Osceola Water Patrol. Officer Rudolph comes from Port
Washington were he served as a Chief of Police. Officer Rudolph's Duties are as a patrol officer.
